What Model Sailboat is this?

Hello,

I have the opportunity to possibly acquire this sailboat but there’s is no info on it. It looks to me to be a Catalina but cannot match it to any model specifically. Seems to be around 30 feet. See picture and any help appreciated.

Looks like a Pearson to me. Which model I'm not sure. Why not just ask the current owner?

Picture was sent to me by a boat that’s been repossessed by the marina he owns. Waiting on a picture of the Vin. Pearson was my next guess.

I think it’s a Hunter 31.
