We cut off the shrink wrap here. Almost time to splash.

I too am up on the hard...new bottom paint, zincs and some pretty work. I am disappointed to hear that you are doing it yourself...what happened to your slave?

My slave did most of the painting Friday while I did other prep work. My wife slave and I finished it off yesterday.

No waxing this year as I doubt it would be a good idea for my newly repaired knee.

Suppose to go in water Tuesday, but the boats blocking me in don't appear to have done anything yet.

BTW - there is still snow in the yard around boats. Friday I watched the yard shovel a path through it to get the lift to a boat.

Still a good foot of ice in Penetang Harbour however I did take the forward tarp off the boat in anticipation of the work that awaits.
