Steel hull "Dimensions / Size of Plate Used?

I'm looking at a 33' steel cruiser , wanting to cross oceans.
Builder states
new york, times, serif">"deck, hull are 4mm steel
new york, times, serif">keel sides are 5mm
shoe of keel is 12mm
all mild steel, not corten"

Steeel is not my area of expertise.

What do we think of these dimensions as the "bare bones" ?

Thick enough ?
