Nordia 45 from 1972

Hi Skippers
I found a Nordia 45 steel ketch for sale. But she is 47 yrs old
She has been refitted a bit 2015.
What is pros and cons with such a old lady?
I am planning a circumnavigation around a Globe with her.

Well built boats. BUT... they are steel and with steel, rust is the omnipresent problem. They are often for sale for years and are usually given away.

But if you find a good one, make sure you buy 2-3 of the best angle grinders; you will need them.
