Jabsco conversion pump on head issue ?

Year ago purchased used Jabsco electric conversion pump ,
This was a exact replacement for the conversion pump on my boat that had a NG motor , I believe model is 100200

Ebay seller was a marine equipment jobber , who purchases anything marine NEW OR USED , He had no knowledge why this pump was returned, all he said it looks new in Jabsco box . $ 150.00 bucks worth the chance

During this year I had too remove this pump number of times ,
Paper jams the blades , Lights get dim Peggy trying too assist , thinking gauge of wiring , Discovered when I turn dial too activate motor a jammed blade causes motor not too spin , causing lights too dim,
When blades spin freely no dim lights but after a short while motor gets weaker & weaker eventually stopping, Cools few minutes motor works
Another issue , adding fresh water into bowl , human waste must back up or not chopped fine too go down ? chunks of poop mixing with water filling bowl
BAD MOTOR , ( which is why it was returned ) Motor not powerful enough too do what its supposed too do, causing paper too jam and poop not getting macerated having no place too go but back into bowl
Considering going back too a manual pump , that was here originally

Only one person uses head , rest of us use marinas bathroom
Any service that I can preform ?
