I'm curious about the boat/swim platform - does it elevate?

I'm with Ex-Calif, please don't mis-interpret my posts, I absolutely love the palace that you have inside!! Highly varnished with the latest mod-cons!! That is one place that I know would be absolutely comfortable in any anchorage. Hope to see more vids actually!!

All I can say is, "WOW"! My wife kept picking my tongue up off of the key pad as we watched your video. I told her, "When I grew up I want one just like it"! Who cares how long takes you to get underway? Afterall, it is a lifestyle.... not just something to do. Looks great! Enjoy it as much as you can.

Again, many many thanks for all the kind words. This is really possible in almost any boat. First you have to clean it from top to bottom. Then take a really critical eye to it. Then, if you can't, find someone with really good eyes for what should go where. Buy it without the "it will break so don't buy it" mentality. Then anchor it down. We have artwork all over, up with one screw and lots of Museum Putty. We use glass and china at anchor and the dock. We put things in their place, behind closed doors most of the time. All of this makes a huge difference. A lot of boats are kind of decorated like big trucks, with stuff all over the place within "easy reach', but do you really need the kleenex and toothpaste and pads and pencils and odd tools etc on the kitchen counter instead of in the cabinet (you know what I mean). I really makes the difference between a boat and a home.

Well done Waterworldly! I am not so sure whether it is anyones business how you use your yacht. It seems that enjoying ones yacht can take on many forms. You sir, have shown us a side of yacht care and feeding that is rare indeed. I thank you for sharing and I could care less if you are at anchor, on the dock or on the deep blue sea as long as you and yours are enjoying life.

Dear Guys and Girls, I seem to have a problem with a website called nasailor.com. The pinheads that own the site (a couple who took a sabatical for 6 months on a sailboat) have set us up as whipping boys. They linked to our video and now have a thread where they invite their subscribers to beat up on us because of the way the boat is decked out. They tend to make the arguement that if you aren't in 40 knots of wind and 15 foot seas you aren't a sailor. I think if you are out in what I just descibed you are an idiot first and a sailor second (storms on long passages excluded)If you happen to subscribe to them (I don't know why anyone would, bascially a site that posts mostly negative sailing articles about storms etc missing the pleasures of cruising), could you set them straight? I tried but can't find the "comment" button. Thanks again for your kind words.

I wasn't on CF during the earlier discussion so hadn't seen the video. That is one remarkably executed interior. No way in hell does the admiral ever see your video.

I don't know why the opinions of online idiots should matter one iota to you. You seem to have a clear view of what matters to you in a boat and how to make it real. Congratulations! She's gorgeous.
