Seven of our eight double bollards. These have only been tack welded at the moment. They will penetrate the deck and be welded to the bulkheads below:

Meanwhile, the pilothouse roof and cabin top are also evolving inverted.

Pilothouse viewed from rear to front. The rear roof extends out, creating a bit of protection from the elements when in the cockpit. A handrail runs along the rear rim:

When the boat is assembled, final welded and painted, it will be hard to remember that it once looked like this.

The welds will all still be visible inside our cavernous lazarette and front locker and engine bay, and also each time any of the floor is raised, so these will serve as permanent reminders .
