Crew Wanted: Portland, Maine to Annapolis, Maryland Crew/captain needed

Looking for someone with experience in transporting boat to help me sail a island packet 44 from Portland to Annapolis. Target date is December 27 possibly as late as January 6th. Must have all nessarily gear. And have some experience sailing the Atlantic in cold weather. I am willing to pay a fair rate, and all nessarily expensives.

I have sailing experience, but am just looking for some help due to weather and unfamiliar area.

Curious to hear your thoughts on route (how far out or the C.C. canal) and anticipated duration. But realize you might be underway already. Happy sailing in any case.

Motored from Portland to Annapolis, averaging 5-7 knots, took ~4 days, we stopped in sandwich, and Atlantic city. Weather was better then expected, but very very very cold. But made it back safe, all is well.
