Once you start reading them you realize that the majority are from people who simply have never experienced life and are striking out in fear. It's sad (from a distance and when the aren't directed at me) and I hope RH either don't read them or wait until they have recovered a bit emotionally.

It helps with job hunting when starting over with essentially nothing, as compared, say, to a couple of idiots covered with tatoos with pins in their faces and other places.

Whats that show? I'm Dyslexic and my spelling and grammar are atrocious but I assure you that I am neither stupid nor ignorant. Spelling and grammar are not accurate indicators of intelligence, however the substance of some of those posts just may be.

Sorry, I never considered that. In some instances it indicates at a minimum a poor education. Not so in your case. Nonetheless, your spelling and grammer look above average to me and would be out of place with those negative posters.

So you have a problem with tattoos and piercings? And that makes people idiots? I can't even think of anything to say without breaking form rules. I know calling people idiots is right of the line, but if you judge peoples IQ by the way they look you might be the idiot.

There majority of all posting are offering moral and financial support. That said let us all remember the media is reaping rewards from the continuing coverage thru advertisers. Some media will be seeking a personal interview with the family and follow up stories will spawn . "Rebel Heart" Erick is not a fool .

Not a problem, and I agree with your basic premiss.
Around 17% of the population is Dyslexic. Without spellcheck even I would not be able to read my own writing!

Yepper. You got me. That's pretty much how I feel. Perhaps "idiots" was over the top however.

If you read my comment carefully you'll note I was referring to finding a job. E and C won't be looking for work at McDonalds. (With apologies to all the CFers who do, in fact, work at McDonalds, and have pins and ink and are just misguided youth, IMO, but not idiots.)

We have been out of internet range for 3 days and were stunned by the news of Rebel Heart, one of the saner member of this forum.
I jumped to page 33 to find the latest news and found this dumb, fairly typical Yahoo quote.
A circum via Cape Town to avoid pirate areas, sure, but why assume they going to go round The Horn? I'm sure they would have gone via Panama like 99% of us.
