Re: Sailing the Southwest Coast of Newfoundland

Just want to say many thanks for taking the time to share your absolutely fantastic video of a place I hope to get to some day.
I have recently heard so much about Newfoundland that my only fear is that the masses may find it before I.

Wonderful presentation Ed. I am currently cruising the western shore, basing out of Corner Brook. I might go down to the SW area next season; it looks stunningly beautiful. But then, what isn’t beautiful about Newfoundland?

BTW, I see you’re a fellow O’Reilly. Don’t suppose you beckon from the St. John’s area? We’re all related — eventually .

Thanks, Ed. I usually don't "do" videos but mention of Farley "made" me watch. Wonderfully done.

"The Boat Taht Wouldn't Float" kept me in stitches every time I've read it. I've patterned my own maintenance system after that fine primer.

Hi Mike: Thank you. Yes I am from St. John’s. My descendants originally came Placentia. Sailing Newfoundland is truly spectacular,
