Favorite Lighting Fixtures?

Any suggestions on some nice, economical lighting fixtures?

I'm pulling out my old ones (50 years old and kind of tired). I have one of these red/white west marine dome lights and like it although it's not super bright:
WEST MARINE Economy LED Dome Light | West Marine

So I think I'm going to install 4 of them in the main cabin, one under the hard dodger and one in the v-berth. (the price is right)

But I'd like to add in a couple of bright bare bulb type lights. Or perhaps something else I haven't thought of, for reading. Just wondering if anyone has something they like particularly? West Marine reviews are not that helpful.

I'm interested in this also. We have a couple that need replacing.

Try www.marinebeam.com to see what's available these days. JUst one of many LED vendors.

Nice and economical don't always go together, there are many potential problems with LED's.
I've learned although it cost a lot more in the beginning to buy from Marine Beam, their stuff works, has good color and no radio interference issues, I still have some Ebay and Amazon.com LED's, but they are supplemental only.
