Both were launched in 2013.

Re: Lagoon 400 Technical Notice - Nacelle Drainage

I have just drilled a hole in the fresh water shelf and got rewarded with a healthy stream of water. So I've decided to drill the drainage holes in the hull as prescribed in technical notice 16006. My L400 is now 8 years old so out of warranty and doubt Lagoon will send me the parts needed, especially as she was bought in Germany and now in New Zealand.
I would like to source the parts to do this job (954712), does anyone know where I could get them? Or has anyone got any photos of their delfectors/spoilers so I can see if I can source something similar?
Finally if anyone has done this work did you protect the balsa core after drilling the drainage holes, if so with what? It seems wrong to me to leave them exposed!

Our people just removed the existing shelf and replaced it with a new one cut to size protecting it with a thorough layer of FG, at the same time they replaced other bits that are damaged in the process. I brought my L400 brand new here in Australia it was about seven years old at the time but Lagoon still covered the cost about $5500.

I would make contact with Lagoon dealer in Sydney to see if they are able to put you in contact or act as a go between yourself & Lagoon. This is a recognised problem & Lagoon have paid for rectifications to many L400’s. Lagoon should pay for repairs if asked. Good luck.

Re: Lagoon 400 Technical Notice - Nacelle Drainage

Just thought I'd let everyone know that I contacted my Lagoon agent here in New Zealand and they have been fantastic. They provided the parts for fix (954712) and Lagoon has agreed to pay to replace the rot! An excellent result and big up to Lagoon who are paying to rectify a problem on an 8 year old boat who's warranty finished years ago. Thanks team

Lagoon 400 Technical Notice - Nacelle Drainage

Same here..2013 Lagoon 400 S2. Local lagoon rep in Venice took care of the fix, all at lagoons cost under warranty. Five years after delivery.

Re: Lagoon 400 Technical Notice - Nacelle Drainage

Re: Lagoon 400 Technical Notice - Nacelle Drainage
