The current version (4.2.0) has a peculiarity that shows up both in the Windows and Linux (Xubuntu 15.10) versions. If I remove the "Show ENC Text" button and enable the "Hide AIS Targets" button, it works as expected - that is, until I close O and start it again. It does not seem to save the toolbar settings.

I have looked at the *.ini file and it is not immediately obvious how to change the behavior. I see a string of "XXX" which looks like it could have something to do with the icons, but I am not sure. Does each X correspond to an enabled icon?
