S-63 vector charts for OCPN - new plug-in version 1.5

The plug-in for S-63 vector charts has been updated to version 1.5

The improvements of the oeSENC plug-in have been ported to the S-63 plug-in.
Plus some minor improvements in the install process - in case of parallel installs there is now a drop-down list of available versions in place, something already implemented in the most of the rest of OCPN plug-ins.

The experiences from the numerous group of users since the first publishing of the plug-in has allowed us to gather additional information to make the use of the plug-in more robust for some user groups and scenarios.

We are now confident that W10 updates, that do present the PC as a different system, will not invalid license keys anymore in the future.
The last wave of W10 updates provided sufficient examples to analyze and adopt to the procedures MS is using.

Linux versions will be as well more tolerant with respect to certain changes of configurations than in the past.
What does not exclude surprises from time to time when some new beast appears in the wild...

The new versions are available from the usual download sites at opencpn.org and from the PPA for Linux system.

Any info regarding Raspberry Pi SD cards? I managed to trash mine after formatting the SD card to load a new version of Openplotter a little while ago, won't allow the charts to load now, creating a new fingerprint file show's it's different even though the card & Pi are the same.

If I understood Roberto/Sailoog correctly a new install is a new system - hence the new InstallPermit.

The latest version of OpenPlotter has an integrated update functionality and it is recommend to have a back-up copy of the SD card to be safe in case the SD card gets corrupted.
