OpenCPN Version 3.3 Release Candidate 2503 will soon be available for download from opencpn.org.

For both the later builds of 2430, and this new build 2503, the prior crash directory error went away on my Win7 desktop. However, the error continues to appear on my Win8 tablet.

As on 03.03.2430 release, 03.03.2503 does not give me the following information on the dashboard:
true Wind
wind direction
compass
Historical winds

Hello Dave,

I uninstall previous install and clean PC with CCleaner.

I install directly O 332503 without install any other version. All is Ok.

1° I activate Dashboard immediatly. Preferences are displayed in french and when I run dashboard, all ik Ok in french.
Idem with Grib.

2° I display the menu bar with the Options item.
- The new item "Quitter OpenCPN" is present and it work correctly.

- I try "Alt n", "Alt v", "Alt a', "Alt o". Same problem that I speak in my last post in 332430 thread. C'est incohérent.

- I click on "Tools (Outils in french) and I try the shortcut "Ctrl-" (completly below). Nothing occur. Is it normal ? I don't thing.

3° I try "Ctrl Space with OpenGL ON and OFF. All is Ok now. The MOB is immediatly visible in each case.

Trying F9 with NV-Verlag charts. No problem. It is only necessary to use a good level of zoom to unsderstand what happen in each case.

Hello Dave,

English raster chart of VisitMyharbour are correctly displayed.

Just the problem I had raised several beta back.
The text "excessive Zoom" is displayed when the chart is readable and if you click once on "Zoom -", the texts are too small.
You indicated that O was not responsible and that this was due to the production of cards by VMH.

It would be for the these cards, get to the message "excessive Zoom" does not appear at the same zoom ratio as for other rasters.

I observed a "feature" that "Sounding size adjustment on Vector Charts" doesn't work if you unchecked the "Enable Chart Quiting" checkbox. See attachments.

true Wind
true wind direction
compass
Historic wind

Nevermind, I created a dashboard with instruments that should be the ones you mentioned.
The instruments "Wind direction", "Wind speed" and "Compass heading" does not appear. Or rather, the area is empty. See screencopy.

That said, I think you are testing with a file recorded with VDR.

If this is the case, I need to have this file to the same test as you. Otherwise, I'm at my home and I have no data from a nav instrument.

I downloaded on opencpn.org, all the plugins that come to be recompiled. So, dated 2015 and which have an automatic installer.

I have two problems:
1 With the AIS_radar, French in language file has not been installed. And yet, if I run this plugin, it is displayed in French. Strange.
See scren copy.

2 With Google Earth plugin.
The installation did not go well. He tried to update my version of Google Earth. And this has not been done.

After that, I wanted to try this plugin. GE has started separately O. The plugin window opened with empty content. I closed GE on the outside but I was never more close O.
I had to open the process manager with "Ctrl + Alt + Del" and close O.

I do not have a screen copy of this mess.
