Menu Bar does no appear

Menu Bar does not appear. Pressing Alt key has no effect. OpenSCP Version 3.2.2 / Build 2013-05-08 in Windows XP SP3.
Excellent application!!
What am I doing wrong?

The menubar was implemented in the recent betas, to become OpenCPN 4.0 very, very, soon. The online documentation follows the current development, for 3.2.2 refer to the docs bundled with it.
