OpenCPN for Android forum

I am trying to register on the "OpenCPN Android Forum for the purchased app" because I am still trying to find an OpenCPN download suitable for the Kindle Fire (see my previous thread).

I have tried to register on the forum from two different emails but never get an activation reply. There is an android OpenCPN app for sale by Dave Register which might work but I would like to confirm this before buying it. I think the above forum might be of help as it seems to be associated with Mr Register.

Anybody know how to get in touch with him or the forum?
