I've seen this type of thing before. From looking at the sellers history, they've had some takers. Better just to go to the download sites Rebel Heart just mentioned.

The ad doesn't look to mention the software specifically but the screen shots show what it is (at least for those familiar with it).

Had a feeling that it was an attempt to bundle free stuff into a package. MAkes it sound like the best deal ever. Cheers for the advice.
