Painting Wooden Boat topsides

I am about to repaint a previously painted 33' wooden boat. Not sure which paint to use, & how long cure time would be for fenders to be rubbing. Prefer to sand, prime, paint, sand, paint. Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks

I'm not a paint expert but I have been using the one part Pettit Easypoxy and the primer with great results. I no longer use Z-spar because of the difference.

I'd allow a week before abusing with fenders no matter which paint.
