Medicare does not cover you outside of the US. You can get a Medicare suppliment that does. Plan "F" s provide you with some reimbursement outside of the US. Becareful in shopping for a suppliment. NOTE they all, by law, provide the same coverage for the same policy types, the only difference is the price.
