What would people's opinions be about location and selling a boat?

I have the choice of locating a boat in NYC or in South Florida this winter that I'm selling.

Which would be best to positively get the boat sold this winter?

Florida, because the majority of folks WITH money will head to Florida as usual mo, and be keel kicking all Winter. NY maritime pretty much shuts down NOV 1st, and no one in their right mind goes looking for a boat until Spring up here. You must have listed with a multi marina brokerage is all I can figure. It will be last minute for you to move it South at this point if it's still in the NY area, but that is the brokers problem now. Demand FL and dont be talked out of it. Yeah, you'll get less because of more boats for sale down there but it should sell if reasonably priced.
