hi folks, I'd really appreciate some good
advice
I have a 1998
Sea Ray Express 440, in reasonable condition,
on the hard in
Puerto Rico. She is registered in the
British Virgin Islands.
Ideally, over the next few months, I'd like to sell her.
With regard to getting the most favorable
price for her, and other elements like tax-efficiency, logistics, and ease of administration, would it be better to leave the
boat where it is, and sell it through a
broker in
Puerto Rico?
Or would it be smart to physically move the
boat to
Florida, the
British Virgin Islands, or somewhere else within this region, and use a dealer there?
Thank you!
