Polar's for Predict Wind

I am excited to use Predict Wind for the first time this season. I'm not sure we truly need it, our trips are currently pretty short (20 nm or so)

In any event, I am pretty certain our boat, a Spirit 28 (Finch, not Van de Stadt) won't be on the list of predefined boats. I also think finding a average wind of 15 knots and the boat speed at various headings will take some time.

So in the interim I can use a similar boat from the predefined list.

So what data would I use to choose a similar boat?

S.A./Displacement
Bal./Displacement
Disp/length

Other?

Another approach would be to find a boat of approximately the same length with a similar PHRF rating.
