Evolution Drive

Has anyone replaced the seals in an Evolution Drive?
Mine is about 14 years old and just starting to use a little oil.
Probably not too hard but it will require pulling the boat (railway), pulling the shaft and then the drive itself.
I know there are seals on both ends but would like to know if anyone has found anything else that needed replacing while they had it out / apart. I need to have the parts on hand as this is not the most common thing.
