Same cat. It had a pretty good tail wind.

Could you expand on this a bit? You give courses and recommend people to take courses on when to offer assistance and in doing so how to avoid being sued?

Re: Coast Guard Helping Sailboat In Distress at Ocean View In Norfolk, VA

good samaritan act/law prevents the souls trained in rendering aid to those needing it from being sued. is not for individuals without training. also has been challenged already so is moot. was supposed to make it easier for nurses, emts and mds, et alii, to render aid in the field without worry of recrimination in the form of malpractice. as a direct result of the challenge to this law, many of the health care delivery personnel with whom i have worked in hospitals will no longer render aid to those falling out on the street in front of them.

Cats and kats as well don't have families, they have staff.

Re: Coast Guard Helping Sailboat In Distress at Ocean View In Norfolk, VA

actually, when a cat adopts you, it adopts you as family menmber. they treat you as if you are their family. you may feel like staff, but you are family. i am not staff for my cat. i am his momms. he takes care of me and guards me and he guards his home. is cat behavior. they are very social critters.
if you choose to be merely staff for the cart, is your problem to deal with. a cat will do great things for its family.

now that you mention it, our cat does this, treats us like crap 95% on the time

once in a while it wants something and we are suppose to forget about the 95%

On second thought it was only like this while our daughter was at college now the cat has a bit*h to wait on it.
