Delivery of 30' Sailboat - Florida to Jamaica

hi there,
can anybody recommend me a reliable and inexpensive skipper that would deliver my 30 ft. dufour from florida to jamaica (port antonio)? which route would be the best, going through the bahamas or down south and then follow the cuban coast to the windward passage?
i am also looking for a reasonable do-it-yourself boatyard in ft. lauderdale to do the bottom paint.
any help would be greatly appreciated!
