30' Clipper Marine Sailboat

I found one for a decent price. I read the other post that was 5 pages long and started in '07.

To me, it sounded like most everyone agreed it was a good 1st boat. What upgrades would you recommend to make this a coastal cruiser? What should I pay the most attention to? Anything else I may need to know about the Clipper line of boats?

Does the fact that nobody answered in over 10 years say something about this site, or about the boat?
If it was up to me i'ld find 2nd hand navigation devices that still function, and check the rigging quality and keel bolts. Also would extend the waterline with a swimming platform. And add antifouling of course. A solar panel, charge controller and marina battery. Replace mast lights with LEDs, and maybe make a device to lift and lower the mast.
