Too good of the deal to worry about it.... A lot of people with no money will jump on such deal to go into sailing right now..:peace:

Spoke with the broker again. The TIP is currently open by present owner.
The boat is operational and she is on the water.
I might pass on it since I was not able to obtain any details on the boat...

Put a few hours in research and it seems the compression post design is only "weak" point of this model. If fixed with the cost of the purchase it would be really good racer/live aboard solution. Too...
