you have to alternate thick and thinner fenders depending on the rounding of the hull, for a boat like that, it's at least 4 fenders on this side to distribute the pressure |

I think the hull laminate is cracked and waterlogged, has this boat hit? pics of the outside? first, using a grinder, remove all traces of gelcoat/paint to obtain the bare laminate ./. |
