That st series is way too small, even the EV is small going by the description, I only know it would work because it's basically the same as the old one was.

We figured you only really have to do the precharge the very first time you power up the inverter. Unless the system is turned off months and months on end the capacitors stay charged up enough...

Lanzarote has a tolerable anchorage (see Google maps, satellite view), if you dive down you can find some concrete blocks to tie up. The Las Palmas anchorage at GC can be very rough in the winter...
