I am wondering if my 10 year old Raymarine st 70 auto pilot display will work with the new Raymarine acu 200 auto pilot and ev 1 sensor core? I want to know if it would be a suitable spare. Thanks

Re: Snubber

Snubber

Ive never used a snubber before as I only used 50ft of 3/8 chain before nylon and let it all out so it wasn't necessary. Im increasing the amount of chain I'm using and am now going to need a...

Re: Bow Stem for O'day 40

I ended up hooking up with Joe whom Scott Fuller recommended and scored not only a bow stem, but a pulpit, some stanchions, some cushions, and a new stove.
Joe Citrone hooked me up.

Thanks Scott!

Re: Bow Stem for O'day 40

Thanks, I may have to do that. As always, time is the issue. Almost time to head south. Going to boat tomorrow to take photos and closely examine removal.
Cheers, Rob
Have not heard back from Joe.

Re: Bow Stem for O'day 40

Thank you for this, I found Rudy years ago, great guy and very helpful but not this time. He had a stainless one sitting for years but sold it recently and had no leads on a new one.

Re: Bow Stem for O'day 40

I will take a photo and post tomorrow.

Re: West Palm to West End crossing next Wednesday

As has been said, most weather sites are using the same info. I like magicseaweed.com, I find it easier to "see" what is going on than passage weather for example.

Re: Cruising Florida's east coast

It sounds like your best bets then will be keeping the boat in Miami or Ft lauderdale. You should be able to find dockage behind a home in either place.
