    I learnt to sail with my dad in the early 1970s on the east coast of the UK. Mainly dinghy racing but, later, in a small cruiser dad had which we sailed pretty much every weekend for four or five years until girls and motorbikes became more appealing (if only I could speak to my 16 year old self - motorbikes, ok but women? meh!)

    Current plan is to go full time live aboard cruising from early 2020. No real fixed plan, just a loose itinerary and an idea of places I'd like to visit. No timescale, no hurry, tiny budget! :-)
