    Took my first power squadron course in 1964, second one in 1985, 2 sailing courses, Canadian Officer training for watch keeping, yet again another power squadron course in 2004 and Radio certificate 2004. Now re-reading Chapman's classic 65th edition, yet again with my new used boat purchase. I have moved from power, to sail, and now back to power
