After a canned drink disaster, I opted for a SodaStream machine. We had a couple cases of different soft drinks and beer stored in a locker under our bunk. Apparently, a Coke can leaked and ate holes in other cans. They started exploding and created a huge mess. Thankfully, they were diet and not sugared or the mess would have been worse. I use real Coke Zero syrup available online and sometimes at Sam's.
