Dial a bottle

I remember as a kid, my parents would call a number to order booze, and shortly after, someone would deliver it. I understand Taxi's will also do this, for a fee of course.
Can this be adapted to boats? Say you pull in and anchor someplace, then call a number, and have them deliver 5 steaks, a bag of potatoes, carrots etc. etc. whatever you need, then some kid goes shopping, buys it, puts it into a boat, and delivers it to your X/Y.

Seems like it could be the perfect way to wait out Covid. Find a nice warm tropical cove, that you have all to yourself, and order groceries as you need them. Does such a thing exist?

pirate Re: Dial a bottle

They started this in Horta for arriving boats who had to anchor in the harbour for quarantine..
You phoned Peter's Bar with your orders and they would pick it up and ferry it out to your boat.
Reports are it worked well.
