VMG Dash board dial

Hi all

I am using a Raymarine autopilot (Wheel mounted) with navigation data provided by OpenCPN submitting the NMEA 0183 sentences RMB, RMC and APB. The system performance is quit well.

With a route activated, the system is providing as expected VMG information in digital form in the right upper corner of the screen. However, the VMG dial in the dash board refuses to move!!!

Some body an idea what the reason for the problem may be?

I believe this is a known problem which been submitted to pi_dashboard tracker, but please check tracker and if there is no entry you may enter one. Thanks
