Cape Horn extreme losing pressure

Hello,

We have a spectra Cape Horn extreme Watermaker. Just today have started having an issue with losing pressure. While making water, after about 5-10min the Clark pump loses preSure and stops working. It drops by about 20psi.

I’ve cleaned sea-strainer and pre-filter, checked voltage and flow. Everything seems to be ok. No leaks.

Any ideas or solutions?

Are you sure both pumps are pumping? Try running one and then the other.
If a pump heads fail, the motor runs but the pump is not running. I've replaced both motors and both heads over the past few years
