Underwater Piling Collision Damage . . .

Link below to an interesting forum discussion about a guy that hit a submerged piling twice after the marina manager had a marker removed and said the area was clear. Think he can win the lawsuit?

Forgot to mention there is a Google Earth pic of the marina on the 3rd page of the discussion, which makes it easier to understand what the OP is talking about.

OK, I'll bite. It sounds like this guy would like to blame this woman for his incompetence. Geez, he hit the same thing twice, if I'm reading this right. Only in the USA would the first thoughts be 'lawsuit'

agree with paul and 90% of the other thread. Should have given that area a wide berth.He even states there are3 sunken boats in the same area.
