We Just Bought Our First Boat
In march 2007 we joined a fractional sailing group called sailtime. I would have to say it was one of the best things we have ever done, because it help cultivate and grow our passion for sailing. It gave us a chance before buying our own boat to find out if this really was for us. Well I would have to say it really was for us lol.
We left sailtime in June and closed on a 1988 40' O'Day sailboat in July . 1988 O'Day 40 sailboat for sale in Florida we do not have pictures yet on our laptop but this is the add for the boat we bought.
We will be bringing the boat up to our home port in Southport,NC

Sweet boat! I'm in Wrightsville Beach - PM me when you're at the coast and we can meet in ILM for a bite and a brew.

Hey John that sounds great. Do you ever make it down the road to Southport for any of the regatta's Like the wooden boat race or the pirate race?

Generally it's easier by road than by water. The trip from WB to CB, through Snow's Cut and down to Southport is not too bad, but the upstream ride can be frustrating. If you need crew for a race, or a cookout, let me know.
