Transatlantic dreamer

Hi to all Forum members,

my name is Manuel, a 23 year old austrian (yes the country in central europe with no ocean access )

Currently i finished my bachelor at University of Vienna and earned some money with playing poker professionally even i never thought about making money with it, i just wanted to play und learn more about me and the game, which kind of made a different person out of me.

I´m taking now some years of and plan to "travel" south and northamerica, as i always been a person who likes challenges I thought about sailing from Europe (La Gomera) to the Carribean in November.

Since i have only little experience in sailing it is not doable for me alone, i think more of doing it with a team or another person. I wish i can learn a lot from this experience and other people.

Physically and mentally I`m totally in the right mode to do it, as I also played my whole life nearly every kind of sport especially Soccer etc.

So I hope I can hear from you some opinions(negative comments as well) and maybe someone knows someone who knows someone…. yeah you know what I mean

Re: Transatlantic dreamer

Good suggestion and whilst the Clipper fleet are currently at sea, he could always consider the next round:
