Florida dreamer

I live in southwest Florida (fort myers) and have limited sail experience. I have sailed with friend from Annapolis to the Florida Keys (catamaran) and 2 charters (mono) in the Caribbean. I have been biten by the "bug" and want to gain as much knowledge as possible. This forum is a great resource and much friendlier than the other forums I have exp., thanks to the admin here!

If anyone is in the area and needs a deckhand or an extra hand on repairs, let me know. I am self-employed and can usually free up time. Free of charge of course, knowledge is my payment. Oh, I am 6' 2" with farm boy strength .

Thank you. I was stationed at Schofield Barracks 93-96 and we did a few training ops on the big island. I dream of the day when I go back on my terms. Thanks again for the welcome.
