Hi there from Australia, Sunshine Coast, Queensland! We've just joined the Cruisers Forum, and live aboard our 06 Lavezzi 40. Have been going to join for sometime now, and look forward to continue reading and learning more on International sailing and cruising tips. Be glad to chat with folks anywhere as time permits. Myself, being semi retired and a kept man, have a little more time, between upgrading electrics, etc than my hard working spouse! Regards to ALL!! Paul.

Re: New Member
Hi Paul
Welcome ............... just came back from a little tour of Oz. Really cool and good places to sail. In fact, my mind got a bit boggled with all the marinas and waterways on that coast line.
Happy sailing !!

Ahoy, mates! I've been perusing the forums for awhile as a guest, but having just purchased a boat (1985 Pearson 303), I finally made it official and registered today. The site has been an invaluable source of information and I know it will be going forward as I roll my sleeves up and get to work on my new baby. I'm keeping her at IGY's Newport marina in Jersey City, NJ, and am very happy there. Great place with stellar views from the cockpit when alongside, fun place for day sailing or for launching a cruise. Love the Pearson so far, but having made the decision to buy a boat that needs work, well...I have work to do! Glad to be aboard here and look forward to making new friends here and to learning from you. Cheers!
