That's what it's all about here--muckin' around in boats. Welcome aboard, Jim!

yes the problem is finding the time to muck about in boats

Thanks Hud3, read a lot on the site , so much interesting talk , amazing technology [ I am new to forums on line] . Sleeping while cruising is an interesting thread. I am sure there are so many more. I have only raced at club level mostly, I have just started to do some cruising and hope to change over from our swing keeler to a fixed keel boat at some point soon. this will allow us safer sailing in seas.

Regards Jim mc

Over 21,000 at last count! Let us know when you've read through all of them - there will be a test.

Welcome to the Forum, Jim.

OK Tao, Question 1 for 20 points.
On thread no. 5674 when DavyJones asked............

G'day Jim from across the ditch.
Westernport I see. Last time I sailed there we ripped the whole steering station clean out of the cockpit floor on a Northshore 38, I think it was, during a gype. Not one of our better days. But it was a bit of fun racing up and down that water.

Won't keep you long, I know you only have 20999 threads left to read
