Very Sad,

I love the Seahorse restaurant. We have eaten there for years. Hope it stays a restaurant.

I suspect that Spicers (Marina next door) may just buy it up to put his marine store or increase his marina.

I lived in Noank for many years, I ran Abbots Cannery in the Winter and the Lobster pound in the summer. The SeaHorse was one of my favorite places to eat lunch and dinner, they were also a great local bar as well... I am really sad to see it close...

Seahorse restaurant is back.

Will open again under new ownership.
Spicers Marina next door to the Seahorse purchased her and is currently doing reconstruction and plans on opening in April of 2011.

Seahorse Restaurant opened again on Wed June 22, 2011.

It has been totally refurbished inside and out and is now owned by Spicers Marina from next door.

Will be partying their tonight with a bunch of friends.
