3 weeks from May 23.

Don't need to bring much just a great attitude.

Thanks Smokester! I am a big PSC fan. The 37 is a beautiful boat! If I'm in the Bay Area maybe we could go for a sail :-). Likewise if you make it South.

Re: SSSSM - Part Deux

Greetings everyone Hakki (sailndive345) here... I sail Layla, a Beneteau Oceanis 461, currently located at St Augustine, FL. Have been sailing for around thirty years; a mixture of racing and cruising. The cruising destination has been primarily the Abacos (each year) and SE U.S. I hope to retire in a couple of years and enjoy sailing without a schedule I am a divorced 59 year old sailor and am interested in meeting folks who share the passion. Re: SSSSM - Part Deux

Hey all.

Hopin' I have this right. I've read most of the post tahere an it looks like it'll be fun to join in. tho my real intent is to kind that illusive life partner to sail away with. check out my CF prof if ya like ( tinkrman69 ) an if ya wana know more jus ask. I'll probly tell ya. I'm really an open book, but some books ain't fer everyone;-)
I'm a single male from 1956 and lookin' for someone up to ten or so years on rather side of that. I ain't gettin' off the water again and lookin fer a woman doesn't want to live on the hill either.

Peace luv & Happiness

Re: SSSSM - Part Deux

Thanks for the welcome zeehag. As to local? I am in Key west for a few weeks and where I'll go from here is still in the air. I'm here to help a friend with his boat...some bottom work...and if he can still afford the materials we'll go to Marathon to do some re-wiring and rigging work. Trying to get her, a Gulfstar 37, up to a cruising level. There is also some one in Luperon DR needing some parts and help. Whom if still needed when I'm done here I'll go there next. There is nothing I can't fix or build and Teaching people how to do it themselves is some thing I'm good at and enjoy doing.

As for desired stomping grounds? The world!!!! I plan to go the the Amazon River to see the pink dolphins, go through the Straights of Magellan again - it's beautiful there, go back to Guam - where I was born, go to Bang Sean Thailand - to see my step son, any where and every where, with no time schedule and no order. If i'm on the sea, I'm there. I meet good people everywhere I go and see great things with memorable times everywhere. If I pass on before I've visited all my desires? Oh well, I'll have no regrets, as it's the moment in the journey, that counts. Read Journey to Ithaca, I forget the author, some Greek guy. Google it. That's my life strategy.

PEACE LUV & HAPPINESS
Lance
