Re: SSSSM - Part Deux

I really am trying to get closer to Zee so we can party. But it's sloooow. By the time I head north will be hurricane season, so I don't know how far north I can get.
And Zee where you are now is not supposed to be a safe place once the storms get going. Is that true? Will you hunker down there or move somewhere more secure?

Cats! They're pretty much convinced there's nothing humans do of the magnitude of feeding them. I can see why he's a good guard cat!

Re: SSSSM - Part Deux

it never ceases to amaze me that the lil tiny kitten i got at his age 5 1/2 weeks 6 yrs ago grew into such a huge and gentle(for the most part--unless is hungry) critter---awesomest of kats, me bubba daboatkat, maine coon mix extraordinaire.....

i just learned the other day the screaming i hear at night when the badkat next door invades bubba's boat is NOT bubba screaming but the badkat--lol bubba rocks!!!! excellent guard of his home.

Re: SSSSM - Part Deux

Maine Coon Cats have been known to get to 40 lbs. Had a blacka nd white one, ring tailed and masked like a coon. ONly got to about 17 - 18 lbs. Terror to many dogs! But that was in a prior life...

Re: SSSSM - Part Deux

I have a friend who has a pretty big one but he's not exactly at his fighting weight anymore, having discovered the pleasure of long naps in the afternoon sun!

Re: SSSSM - Part Deux

The only problem with large cats is if they get of your boat they tend to freak out other boaters, as is witnessed by this cougar taking a swim. If profanity offends you, don't play the video.

Re: SSSSM - Part Deux

Cougars are very territorial, no one could visit you on your boat zee. You would have to be entertained on other's boats. mmmm, maybe not such a bad idea, would stretch your provisions and unlike Bubba, would keep clean your cockpit of flying fish.

Re: SSSSM - Part Deux

That cougar is now feeling soooo full of himself for chasing off that huge growling white monster! Other critters better look out now!
