Spinnaker Parasail ?

Question:
I saw a photo of a sailboat with a parasail behind it (it looked like a sail instead of a parachute.) What is this called? Does anyone have info on this? Thanks!

Cool! But, not the type in question. I have googled a bit and some call it a Spinnaker Swing. (Just like the small boats pulling a parasail/parachute... only this is a sailboat pulling a free floating spinnaker with a swing at the bottom for a rider! *tethered at the top to the mast and at the bottom to the back of the sailboat.* It is very cool.

Cool till you catch an odd puff and end up tossed against a spreader.

Riding the spinnaker can be done safely, or not... Usually at anchor...

Spinnaker flying has been around almost as long as spinnakers.
