Might I respectfully note that "happy" memorial day is a bit of an oxymoron.
Let us just give thanks to those that have perished, those that have served and to those that are serving, please be safe.
Whether you are in an anchorage, in your home or in harms way, our best wishes as Americans goes with you.
Please raise a glass of your favorite beverage (if available) and give thanks to those that have gone before us or are now in
service, for we appreciate them in whatever manner they have served or are serving.
