Given the OP hasn't returned, I assume they were just trolling to stir up controversy

aaahh but controversy can be fun on a hot muggy day with a decent breeze---keeps ye from getting any hard work done, therefore keeps ye from getting faint from heat stroke or into troubles with management..LOL

C Fee, those who do work on their boats in a marina should have some consideration to the others in the marina, most are good but many are just inconsiderate they are the ones that anchor right beside you in a well protected harbor with plenty of space...

Thumbs up Re: Dockside Boat Repairs

Capttman, your not eating enough ICE CREAM. Your in Florida, a quart is just a tide me over. You should be getting the 1 gal or 5 quart containers. I know that would be the least I would need for a day in the sun.substitute ice cream for the popcorn bag and you have me.
Gotta have something for the break at dockside when doing repairs.....

You're right about the missing summer here in SD last year, but I think this year will be more normal. May was a pretty good month for no overcast compared to last year (or May Gray), but June is trying to live up to its name around here of June Gloom.

As far as "exclusive marinas" the worst I have heard of was one that required your boat be kept clean but would not allow you to clean it in the slip.
You have GOT to be kidding...

Do you mean to say I can't legally wash off the seagull poop that landed on my boat which would have landed in the water if my boat wasn't sitting there?

Oh, I forgot...
