Share your Wisdom

This is a bit of a multi-faceted question.

1. We've had moments in life when a cliche' hits us, "oh, I totally get that now"!
What live-a-board cliche' hit you as "yup - so true"?

....and/or.....

2. Live a board is a dream life style. What is your nugget of wisdom you would share with someone dreaming of this life style?

The journey IS the destination.

The gettin' there is as much or more phun than the being there!
(and at 7.0 kts, it a good thing too!)

Re: Share your Wisdom

Something on a boat breaks every day. If nothing seems broken, it just means you haven't found what broke today yet.

No matter your spare parts collection or tools, you never have what you need.

haha...was wondering when somebody would notice that.

it's an example of my sense of humour...which is another reason why the owner needs a lot of patience...

cheers,
